AKIN-BABALOLA ‘Yemisi B.Sc, PMP, FCA

Yemisi founded Cimhog in 2012. Her vision is to make a difference in the business world, creating jobs and self empowered futures. She brings many years of experience in the accountancy field to Accounting Services.

An astute finance professional of repute with over 24 years working experience, of which 14years has been at the senior management level in the Oil & Gas sector. Yemisi has also been involved in Consultancy and Training work. Throughout the years she gained extensive administrative and accounting experience and expertise in individual, corporate, partnerships and tax reports.

A resourceful, self-styled, tell-it-like-it-is and goal orient.  She holds Bachelors degree in Accounting, she is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Also, a certified member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and a certified professional of the Project Management Institute in the United States.

AUDU Augustine Enenche B.Sc, LLM.

Legal Counsel

Augustine is the corporate advocate, he holds a Master Degree in Corporate Governance and Law from University of Portsmouth, UK with many years of experience in legal
practice. He is a seasoned legal practitioner with litigation experience and appearances in all superior courts of records in Nigeria. He is also Notary Public of Nigeria. He represents clients before trial and appellate courts in commercial, banking, labour, admiralty, shipping, human rights and company law, debt recovery and commercial litigations.

He has conducted several cases in courts and obtained many judgments on different areas of law. He is also involved in advising and representing foreign companies doing business in Nigeria on Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility and other issues relating to business activities. He is a member of Charered Secretary
Administration in the United Kingdom and is also involved in Company Secretarial services to several companies within and outside Nigeria.

Moruf OSIBOGUN, B.Sc, ACA

Associate Director, Financial Services

Moruf is a BSc graduate in Accounting, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a certified member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
with over 18 years working experience.

His Audit and Accountancy practice career of about 8years was at Kayode Ogunnaike & Co and Adeleke & Adebiyi & Co before moving to the real sector in 2006. He has gained
extensive administrative and accounting experience through the years in industries such as Oil & Gas, Insurance and Manufacturing.

Moruf’s core areas are Auditing, Taxation, Financial Management & Controls and other Soft skills.

Oyebanji ADEPOJU, MSC, ACA, ACCA & CISA

Associate Director, Tax and Regulatory Services

Banji is an astute professional with over 12 years diversified service experience covering taxation, finance and investment in the banking and Oil & Gas sectors. He holds an MSc in Economics & Finance from the University of Portsmouth in
the UK and earned his bachelor degree from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria in 2001.

Prior to joining Cimhog, he worked as a credit analyst with Metropolitan Bank and First Bank of Nigeria Plc for over 7 years, where he participated in several high-quality credit reviews.

He also worked with Hydrodive Group, West Africa Oilfield Services Limited and Subsea Construction Services Limited as Tax Manager where he was responsible for all tax related matters including Audit, compliance and Investigations.

Banji attended several trainings in Nigeria and abroad including SAP Financial & Controlling and Credit Risk Modelling in the United Kingdom.
